Overview:
As Executive Assistant Intern to the CEO of Steelo Sports, you’ll gain behind-the-scenes exposure to the fast-paced world of brand-building, sports innovation, and entrepreneurship. You'll work directly with the founder and CEO, assisting with high-level priorities across brand strategy, partnerships, operations, and investor relations. This internship is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative business environment, is highly organized, and eager to learn from a founder-led company making bold moves in the sportswear space.

Responsibilities:

• Support the CEO with calendar coordination, meeting prep, and follow-ups
• Assist with internal planning, presentation deck prep, and strategic research
• Manage project tracking and status updates across departments
• Help coordinate communications between CEO and brand, sales, and product teams
• Contribute to confidential projects involving growth strategy and partnerships

Ideal Candidate:

• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication
• Professional, discreet, and proactive in a fast-moving environment
• Strong interest in entrepreneurship, brand strategy, or the sports business
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and task management tools
