Overview:
As a Sales Representative Intern at Steelo Sports, you’ll play a direct role in generating revenue by helping drive product sales across our glove, bat, apparel, and protective gear categories. This internship is hands-on and results-driven—ideal for someone eager to build experience in outbound selling, lead generation, and relationship management within the sportswear and performance equipment space.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach to retail prospects, training facilities, and team buyers
  • Promote and sell Steelo product lines to new and returning customers
  • Assist in creating outreach scripts, pitch decks, and email flows
  • Manage leads and follow-ups through CRM tools
  • Contribute to product education, demos, and virtual selling events

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about sports, sales, and customer engagement
  • Comfortable initiating contact and building rapport via phone, email, or in-person
  • Motivated by results and willing to learn sales strategy and objection handling
