Team Sales Intern 2 – Travel Ball, High School & College Baseball (Summer Internship)

Duration: 8–10 weeks

Overview:
This internship supports Steelo’s grassroots and college growth strategy. You’ll assist in scaling sales of our baseball product line—including gloves, bats, batting gloves, and protection—across travel ball programs, high schools, and colleges. This is a great opportunity to build sales skills while helping teams access cutting-edge equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop contact lists and outreach plans for coaches, programs, and team buyers
  • Drive awareness and sales of Steelo’s baseball gear at the youth and college levels
  • Help coordinate sample kits, virtual presentations, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain CRM activity logs and support pipeline tracking
  • Assist in creating compelling outreach content and campaigns

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong understanding of the travel ball and college baseball landscape
  • Outgoing, coachable, and goal-oriented
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Former player or team connections preferred
